Today the receptionist was very good, it was quiet. Sometimes when it is busy and receptionists are on the phone, a little nod or smile to confirm you are there would be nice, but doesn't happen.. I book appointments on line which is an excellent service. If I go into surgery in the day to make appointment with a nurse appointments are always available.

I have been with this surgery for 12 years now and have always found all the doctors and receptionist very helpful and kind. I have recommended this surgery to other people that live in my area.

I find the system online service brilliant but when it is necessary to telephone
the surgery the receptionists are always very helpful and efficient.
I have an elderly Mother and when requesting home visits or advice the
service is excellent.

I was struggling to see my GP Dr Horner, she's excellent and as a result very popular, all her appointments were booked well in advance. The staff and especially Sally Downs went out of her way to find me an appointment which they did.
The service was excellent as always, staff are friendly and helpful.
Nowadays when people are all to ready to complain about services such as the NHS, Audley Mills surgery shine through.

Audley Mills Surgery is a very busy practice that works hard to keep on top of the demand for GP and associated medical services required by the patients registered with the practice. It uses information technology to provide patients with the ability to make appointments online thus avoiding the need to make telephone calls. This makes it easier for those without internet access to make appointments etc over the telephone. I am also pleased to note that the practice has recently changed its telephone number from an 0844 (Premium) number to a local (01268) number thus complying with a directive from the Health Service that Premium numbers should not be used by GPs etc. I am also delighted that that Audley Mills is a Training Practice providing "on the job" experience to medical students training to be GPs.
